Story
Intelife Income Trust is focused on providing investors with cash flow and growth potential through tax efficient monthly distributions paired with long-term profit participation potential.
This is an investment primarily targeted on acquiring long term, cash flowing security and smart home automation contracts with the aim of generating return through Recurring Monthly Revenue (or “RMR”). The goal of the investment is to provide investors consistent tax efficient monthly distributions with long-term growth potential.
Results
We created an arsenal of marketing collateral to help introduce potential investors to a complex business model and investment instrument. With a focus of education on Recurring Monthly Revenue through seminars, webinars, and events, we loaded the top of Intelife's funnel with individuals from a variety of different industries.
Utilizing email and lead capture techniques (such as the RMR eBook Download), we focused on a long sales cycle nurture approach. We were able to achieve a 2x growth in lead generation, all the while maintaining an email marketing open rate almost double the industry average.
